This Payment & Cancellation Policy covers everything you need to know about billing for PaceOverlay Pro subscriptions. The image overlay tool is and will always remain free.
The PaceOverlay Pro plan is currently 50% off: $9.99 per month $4.99 per month (USD). Pro removes all free-tier limits and includes: unlimited video length, all 25 templates, 1080p Full HD output, portrait and landscape mode, priority rendering, and email support.
Pricing may change in the future. If we change the price, we will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before your next billing cycle is affected. Existing subscribers are not subject to price increases without prior notification and consent.
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly. Your billing date is the date you first subscribed. For example, if you subscribe on the 15th of a month, you will be charged again on the 15th of the following month.
Subscriptions renew automatically. You will receive an email receipt from our payment processor after each successful charge.
New Pro subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. After 7 days, your card will be charged the current 50% off price of $4.99 and the subscription will renew monthly.

All payments are processed securely by Polar.sh. PaceOverlay does not store your card number on our servers. Polar.sh is a Merchant of Record and handles all payment compliance on our behalf.
You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from the Billing page in your account. Cancellation is immediate in terms of preventing future charges, but your Pro access continues until the end of your current paid billing period.
For example: if you are billed on the 1st and you cancel on the 20th, you retain Pro access until the end of that month.
After your subscription ends, your account reverts to the free tier. You will not lose any saved images or videos — you simply won't be able to create new full-length video overlays until you resubscribe.
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your Pro subscription, contact us within 7 days of your charge at [email protected] and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
After 7 days, charges are non-refundable unless required by law. Partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period are not offered.
If a payment fails (e.g., expired card, insufficient funds), we will retry the charge and send you an email notification. If payment remains unsuccessful after multiple attempts, your account will be downgraded to the free tier. You can update your payment method and resubscribe at any time.
If you cancel and revert to the free plan, your existing saved overlays remain accessible. You will not lose any data. You simply lose access to Pro-only features (long videos, all templates, 1080p, portrait mode).
