These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PaceOverlay ("Service"), operated by PaceOverlay ("we," "us," or "our"). By using PaceOverlay, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Service.
PaceOverlay provides tools that allow users to add running statistics (pace, distance, time) as visual overlays to photos and videos. You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms.

Creating an account is free and optional for the image overlay tool. Both free and Pro accounts have access to the video overlay tool, subject to the usage limits described in Section 5. A Pro account removes all limitations and is currently 50% off: $9.99/month $4.99/month.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account.
You must provide accurate information when creating your account. Accounts with false information may be suspended.
You retain full ownership of any photos and videos you upload to PaceOverlay. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process and store your files solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for any purpose beyond delivering the Service to you.
You warrant that you have the rights to upload the content you submit and that it does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.
PaceOverlay offers a free plan and a Pro plan currently discounted 50% off: $9.99/month $4.99/month. The free plan includes unlimited image overlays and basic video access. The Pro plan unlocks full video overlay features including all templates, 1080p output, and portrait mode.

Free accounts may use the image overlay tool without any time or usage limits. For video overlays, free accounts are limited to:
PaceOverlay, its logo, design, software, and all associated materials are the exclusive property of PaceOverlay. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without express written permission.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PaceOverlay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service — including but not limited to lost data, lost images, or service interruptions.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time from your Account Settings page.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and failing that, through the appropriate courts of General Santos City, Philippines.
